1 General Introduction and Applicability

96vip is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, websites, applications, and promotional offers of 96vip.

• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Avoid playing with credit cards or borrowed money.

5 Withdrawal Rules

6 Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offers

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus benefits from 96vip:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus).
• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

If you attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or by dishonest means, all bonuses and related accounts will be cancelled. If wagering requirements are not met within a specified period, the bonus may be cancelled.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Conduct

All players on the 96vip platform must maintain fair and honest conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing through any software bot, automated system, or script.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate a game.

8 Technical Errors and Disruptions

9 VIP Loyalty Program

96vip has three VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

The criteria for VIP tier upgrades are determined by 96vip and may be changed at any time. If misuse of VIP benefits is proven, the tier may be cancelled.

10 Responsible Gaming Commitment

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final and official.
